Our team is led by James Cleveland, a visionary architect with nearly three decades of experience in reputable Southern California firms, specializes in collaborative, client-driven design processes. Over 10 years, he managed +$7MM projects, facilitated +$40MM campus masterplans, and raised +$7MM in equity for $18MM investments. As c2mod's leader, he oversees a 100-unit multi-family portfolio, contributing to a collective effort that has housed thousands of families. James holds a Bachelors of Architecture from USC and a Master of Building Sciences, graduating Tau Sigma Delta. He has also served on boards for AIA chapters in Orange County and Long Beach.
